Marmalade Sky are digital photo collages. The base file is a photograph is a heavily diffused shot of the Connecticut shoreline that was shot during a foggy and rainy Oct day. I superimposed the photograph upside down, giving the illusion of a reflection. I manipulated the pixels to look like the water was falling over a dam or waterfall along a linear line. I hand-scratched and deteriorated the image, bringing it from realism into an abstract realm. Fine art prints on Hahnemühle 100% cotton rag paper. Art will have a 1 to 2–inch white border unless otherwise specified. These are limited edition signed prints unframed; 17x22 larger sizes are available upon request.
