Finish Line is part of a series titled Color Abstractions. Its geometric linear shapes and bold colors were hand-painted in Procreate, a digital drawing, and painting program. It is named Finish Line because one can almost make out a runner with signage in the background. While it is a static image, the rich hues and colors give it a sense of movement. Working in Procreate and layering was an arduous process of testing and micro-adjusting to get the desired color and shades to work and balance properly. Printing is done with Chromian inks on archival Hahnemühle Cold Press bright paper. The work is limited to only ten signed and numbered editions. The art will have a 2 to 4-inch white border so that the artwork remains square on the 17-high x 22-wide paper. I am offering the painting unframed. The price reflected here is for the signed print only. Contact me if you wish to have a one-inch white Bauhouse-stylised frame for an additional cost.

In July 2022, while recovering from Covid, I began a new series of abstract paintings. Blue Chill, shown here, was the second in the series. It is a static digital image with some of my favorite hues and colors. Working in Procreate and layering to get the desired color and tone was an arduous testing process and micro-adjusting. I have tested these by printing them on Cold Press Archival paper if any buyer is interested.

My grandmother Freida came to this country in 1906. She was 16 years old. What courage that took. The background of the collage is all the jewelry and nicknacks I found in my late mothers jewelry collection handed down from her mother. In many was this art is in tribute to all the memories of all our grandparents who came to this country at one time or another.

Cross of Fire is a mixed media open edition of 50, printed by the artist on Hahnemuehle 100% Cotton Photo Rag using an Epson Stylus Pro 3880. While the default size is 17x22, custom sizing options are available.

This artwork is part of a series incorporating vintage schematics from the era of vintage transistor radios and other old artifacts. It represents the existential self and how we have become isolated yet connected through screens and social media accounts, reduced to bits and bytes. Our society has become increasingly isolated due to technology, Covid, crime, and Web3. Digital social interactions have replaced face-to-face connections, with apps like Facetime and Zoom enabling virtual family visits and chat apps facilitating real-time communication. Our fellowship is established electronically, relying on wifi and Bluetooth. The immense pressure of social media has replaced the social pressure of fitting in real life. As the late author James Baldwin aptly said, "The purpose of art is to expose the questions that have been hidden by the answers."

I wanted to honor the diversity and inclusivity of the United States by designing a unique version of the American Flag. My approach involved using a combination of photography, watercolor, pastel, and collage techniques to create one-of-a-kind monoprints. My aim was to celebrate the LGBT community and the various ethnic cultures that are an integral part of this great nation.
